The good old days. In the good old days, businesses cared deeply about their customers. They lived by they old adage, “The customer is always right”.”
The good old days are alive and well in the form of Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys. Dennis, Barbara, Andy and their team, are quite simply awesome. They are honest, hard working and care intensely about their customers. They are prompt and responsive. Not something you can say about Cape Cod contractors (says the son of one).
From their insanely funny radio ads (which hooked me three years ago) to their intense commitment to providing top shelf service at affordable prices, this is a company that I am proud to do business with.
They take care of both our home and business properties. And they stand by their work.
Example. Dennis and the crew installed a dry well to improve drainage at our house. Three years later, it started backing up into the drain pipe. They promptly, I mean really promptly, came over, dug it up, and replaced it. The culprit was a ball of debris that had wedged into the opening of the dry well. I repeat. They replaced the dry well. Most companies would have cleaned out the debris, left the dry well in place and handed me a bill for the work. Not Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys. Dennis replaced the dry well on his dime.

You should know the adjustments your crew did last year to our gutters solved the longstanding issue that the other gutter people did not fix....and we no longer have water dripping behind. Also we appreciated your reminder email for spring...so if you could send us another email for next fall this would prompt us to not neglect our gutters....but mostly we wish to praise your workers..they are THE BEST! Kim from Harwich Port: "Excellent. Andy came out to do an inspection for cleaning and/or new gutter installation. He provided two estimates – one for cleaning and minor repair and a second for new gutter installation. However, he did not recommend a full new installation. Andy returned on the scheduled day with a co-worker to do the job. Upon completion he reiterated that overall the gutters were in good shape they simply needed a good cleaning and some minor repairs. They were on time for both appointments, cleaned up when they were done, and finished the work in the estimated time-frame. The final price was the same as the quoted estimate. We will be using them again in the future."
